Volleyball Apparel Sizing FAQ
Find your fit for championship season
Should volleyball shorts fit snugly?
For court play, aim for a secure fit that lets you squat, jump, and move freely without pinching or rolling. For warm-ups or cheering from the stands, you may prefer a roomier fit. Follow the guidance for your chosen style rather than assuming every fabric stretches the same way.
What if I'm between sizes?
Compare your measurements with the specific style's size chart. If you prefer more room or your measurements fall across sizes, consider the larger size. Don't size down for compression unless the garment is designed for it.
How do I choose a youth size?
Use the child's current measurements and the chart for the selected product, not age alone. Youth and adult sizes aren't interchangeable. Check which sizes are offered for that style.
How do I compare garment measurements?
If the chart lists garment measurements, lay a similar, well-fitting item flat and measure the same points shown in the chart. If it lists body measurements, measure the wearer instead. Don't compare a flat garment width directly with a full body circumference.
What should I allow for made-to-order processing?
For an item marked made to order, production takes place before shipping. Check the product's current processing estimate and allow additional delivery time before your event. If the timing is unclear, ask before ordering.
Where can I find the size guide?
Check the chosen product's description and sizing information for its size chart or size-guide link. If you can't find a guide, ask for the measurements before ordering.
